1. Agreement to these terms
These terms of use govern your use of cothread.app (the “site”), operated by LexLedger, Inc., a Delaware corporation (“LexLedger,” “we,” “us”). By using the site, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
2. About this site
The site gives general information about CoThread and lets you join our early-access list. Descriptions of CoThread reflect our current plans and may change. Use of the CoThread app is governed by its own terms, which you'll see before you start using it.
3. No legal advice
LexLedger is not a law firm, and neither the site nor CoThread gives legal advice. Nothing on the site tells you what to do in your case. For questions about your case, talk to your attorney.
4. Not for emergencies
The site and CoThread are not emergency services. If you or your children are in danger, call 911.
5. Early-access list
Joining the early-access list doesn't guarantee access to CoThread by any date, and it doesn't create any obligation for you or for us. You can leave the list at any time.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the site in any way that breaks the law or infringes anyone's rights;
- try to gain unauthorized access to the site or our systems, or interfere with how they work;
- sign up someone else without their permission, or submit information about other people.
7. Intellectual property
The site and its content, including text, graphics, logos and design, belong to LexLedger or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. CoThread and LexLedger names and logos are our trademarks. You may view and print pages for your own personal use.
8. Third-party services
The site may embed or link to services we don't control, such as Microsoft Forms. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
9. Disclaimer of warranties
The site is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title and non-infringement.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, LexLedger won't be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of the site. Our total liability for any claim relating to the site is limited to one hundred U.S. dollars (US$100).
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute relating to the site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

We may update these terms from time to time. We'll post the updated version here and update the “Last updated” date above.
